Delivery is made by post or courier service to the address provided by the customer. The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects without delay in writing to info@kokoskohle.ch. Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.

6. Warranty

Kokoskohle.ch (Sena Solutions GmbH) strives to deliver products in perfect quality. Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.

The coconut charcoal offered by Kokoskohle.ch (Sena Solutions GmbH) is exclusively intended for use as grilling or burning material. The customer is obligated to use the products only in accordance with standard safety regulations for charcoal.

7.2 Natural Product

Coconut charcoal is a natural product. Variations in shape, size, color, or burning behavior may occur and do not constitute a defect.

7.3 Natural Product and Use for Grilling

The use of coconut charcoal is at the customer’s own responsibility. Kokoskohle.ch (Sena Solutions GmbH) assumes no liability for damage to grills, food, or other items resulting from improper use of the products. The customer is obligated to observe standard safety and usage instructions when handling charcoal and to comply with applicable fire safety regulations.

8. Liability

Kokoskohle.ch (Sena Solutions GmbH) excludes liability for slight negligence to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability, particularly in cases of gross negligence or intent, remains reserved.

10. Applicable Law
